We started on Monday with the weekly installment of the Rincón Real Estate organized by Estrategias de Inversión under the umbrella “What can you expect from a good real estate fund?” From the hand of Cristina Reina, CFO Asset Management Arcano Real Estate and head of the Andalusian Impact Urban Development Fund together with the EIB; Mariano Capellino, CEO and founder of Inmsa Inversiones Inmobiliarias; and Ignacio Ortiz, director of research at ACTIVUM, in a table moderated by Susana Burgos.

At the beginning of the week, Enerside Energy rang the bell on the Madrid Stock Exchange to begin its journey in the BME Growth market and, from Investment Strategies, we spoke with its CEO and founder, Joatham Grange, who told us about his experience and forecasts being now a listed company, “in 2022 we are going to consolidate the growth we have had in 2021”.

For the presentation of results we have Fluidra, whose Director of investor relations and corporate communication, David Herrerías, showed great satisfaction with the financial figures achieved by the company at the end of the 2021 financial year and revealed to us the plans they have for this 2022, “the great engine of growth has been the United States, which represents almost 50% of the industry.”

For his part, Juan Diaz de Bustamente, CEO of Silicius SOCIMI, highlighted his investment policy as a catalyst for obtaining more than positive results, although it is true, the CEO assured that, at Silicius, “we are going to continue working on that growth to make the leap to the continuum”.

In a week of taking stock of the year and looking at future prospects, eDreams ODIGEO expects a good evolution in the tourism sector for the year in which most of the Covid restrictions could be lifted, “the travel sector I will have a very good year in 2022.”

From the LLYC they are also very optimistic about 2021, although less sure of what is to come in the midst of the current conflict situation. Regarding its financial figures, LLYC has improved its revenues by 43.5% and reported recurring EBITDA by 51.3%, reaching 12.7 million euros, “the results show that we not only meet, but also exceed the forecasts”, comments Luisa García, social and CEO of LLYC Europe.

Also, in a week marked by International Women’s Day, Luisa García presented for Investment Strategies, the report published by the company “Leading women at the threshold of visibility”, where they try to give visibility to female talent in all Sectors and disciplines, “What we have done at LLYC has been to take advantage of all our technological capabilities to be able to measure the digital conversation generated for a whole year,” explains García.

On the other hand, Manuel Castro, CFO of Naturhouse, presented the results of the company corresponding to the end of the 2021 financial year, a year in which they have seen more than 41% of their profit up to 13.36 million euros, figures that have been achieved thanks to “a policy of cost containment and, above all, looking at the profitability of the centers”.

Lastly, Izertis gave us a closer look at the company’s business and marketing development at the hands of Pablo Morales, commercial and marketing director of Izertis, who assures that the main objective of the consultancy “is to become the company of reference as a technological consultant”.
