Three months after the start of 2022 and with the Covid pandemic giving the market some breathing space, listed companies are beginning to take off and the agreements and projects for this new financial year are beginning to take shape. However, recent irregularities caused by inflation and the geopolitical crisis are keeping most of these companies on alert.
If the new projects are strata, ADVERO Properties stars this week in the acquisition of a new asset and has already exceeded 200 homes in its portfolio. The company has acquired its thirteenth residential property and places its portfolio at 218 homes focused on the affordable rental market. Holaluz, a green energy technology company listed on BME Growth since November 2019, announces the signing of a PPA with Generg, part of the NOVENERGIA Group and 100% owned by Total Eren. This agreement involves the purchase of energy of approximately 66 GWh per year from a total of seven hydraulic installations that add up to 24 MW of installed power. All this will allow Holaluz to supply around 20,000 customers with 100% green energy.
Also very attentive to the announcement published by Atrys Health for the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) this week in which it announced the approval by the board of a capital increase of 13,824.97 euros, through the issuance of up to 1,382,497 shares at a rate of 0.01 euros each.
