The collective bargaining of the Helios clinics starts on Thursday
Hannover (dpa/lni) – The Verdi union is demanding a retroactive 15 percent wage increase from January 1 this year for the approximately 5,000 employees of eight Helios clinics in Lower Saxony. For apprentices, he also charges 200 euros more per month. Accounts receivable refer to a term of twelve months. According to Verdi, collective bargaining with the Helios company, which belongs to the Dax Fresenius group, will begin on Thursday (10 am).
Other demands include a corona bonus for employees of 1,500 euros and an increase in the annual special payment for all clinics to a uniform 100 percent of a monthly salary instead of the previous 60 to 90 percent, depending on the location. The collective bargaining affects the Helios clinics in Cuxhaven, Hildesheim, Gifhorn, Herzberg am Harz, Nienburg, Salzgitter, Uelzen and Wittingen.
