Telekom: Disruptions and problems with the Internet service provider

Currently, you should expect complications if you are a Telekom customer. Over 1,000 reports have been received through our malfunction reporter indicating issues with the provider’s services.

According to most of these reports, the internet connection is affected. Customers are also currently experiencing problems using the telephone connection and the mobile network. There is still no information on the official Telekom Twitter channel as to the cause of the disruption.

Hopefully, you can fix the problem yourself using some of the internet problem solutions we have shared. If in doubt, however, you should wait until the disturbance has subsided.
