- The Galaxy Z Flip 4 will apparently be more expensive than its predecessor.
- Previously, Samsung had always lowered the price of entry.
- The low price made the flip phone attractive.
Samsung landed a hit last year with the Galaxy Z Flip3. This was mainly due to the price. With an RRP of 1,049 euros, the foldable laptop was significantly cheaper than the competition. But the successor to the Z Flip 4 will probably no longer offer this advantage.
Because like the site PriceBaba wants to know, Samsung raises the price of the cell phone again. The starting price is 1,080 euros. With more memory, the cell phone should cost 1,160 or 1,280 euros. We assume that these rather atypical prices do not yet include all taxes and that we will therefore end up with prices of 1,099 euros to 1,299 euros in this country.

Many had hoped that Samsung would once again lower the price of the successor since the product left the niche and hit the mass market. But inflation and rising commodity prices likely thwarted those plans.
We’ll find out if the mentioned prices are correct on August 10, when Samsung shows off the Z Flip 4 at an event.
