Saif bin Zayed pays tribute to supporters of the Al-Faraj Fund and witnesses the launch of the fund’s media identity.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, honored various agencies and institutions from the public and private sectors, as well as donors and supporters of the “Faraj Fund” of the Ministry of the Interior, in recognition of his humanitarian work in providing help and assistance to inmates of penitentiary and correctional institutions and their families in the country.

Saif bin Zayed also witnessed, at the ceremony held at the Emirates Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, the launch of the fund’s media identity and its new website, in line with the vision of modernizing, developing and updating services provided, and facilitating distribution and in line with the humanitarian objectives and skills entrusted to the fund and its vital social role.

Saif bin Zayed awarded the Community Service Medal and certificates of appreciation to the top donors of the Faraj Fund in recognition of their efforts to free a number of inmates and bring joy and happiness to the hearts of their families. The management of the Al-Faraj Fund launched the fund’s media identity, which includes revamping and enhancing the vision of the media to support the achievement of the Fund’s goals and delivery of the Fund’s core messages in accordance with the vision of growth. The UAE government will embrace smart solutions and digital transformation in service delivery in accordance with the highest international standards and practices.

The new website enhances the digital presence of the Al-Faraj Fund and improves ease of navigation and access to smart services in both Arabic and English. The website reflects the concept of modern design, as it combines image and video elements, clear tabulation of content, and the facility to request services electronically. It is also possible to interact with the services provided by donors and distributors. This is done through interactive screens that ensure the possibility of adding comments, notes and personal messages when sending or requesting the service or sending comments and suggestions.

His Excellency Khalil Daoud Badran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Faraj Fund of the Ministry of the Interior, expressed his thanks and appreciation to all the supporters of the Fund’s community initiatives, including companies, banks and individuals, highlighting the enthusiasm for making the work of the Fund to be successful and achieve its social objectives by developing services and improving the work process in accordance with the best international standards by expanding partnerships Continuous coordination with the competent authorities, improving the quality of the services provided and achieving the highest levels of community satisfaction and happiness.
