TURIN, Italy, March 16, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Reply has implemented the vjumi IoT solution for Germany’s leading auto parts wholesale market, SELECT AG, which digitizes the vehicle aftermarket business and vehicle networks. The solution enables digital communication between the workshop, the customer and the vehicle and provides independent workshops with their customers’ vehicle data in real time to prevent breakdowns and coordinate service appointments.

At the heart of the solution developed by Reply is the connectivity of the vehicles to send the data collected in the vehicle to the cloud through mobile communications. The Azure-based cloud platform analyzes and processes vehicle data in real time and is fully integrated into the garage customer’s systems. Communication with customers is based on a mobile app, which ensures smooth data exchange between the customer and the workshop.

The vjumi app reminds you of the next service through a push notification and schedules workshop appointments directly. Drivers or fleet operators benefit from smooth and safe service for all aspects of the vehicle and can avoid unplanned repairs.
