PCNOK was formed in 2014 with a shared vision of working better together. PCNOK is an alignment of 19 Oklahoma Community Health Centers. Acting as a Clinically Integrated Network, PCNOK works to advance the triple aim of health care reform toward better care, healthier people, and smarter spending.

The organization also supports mutual contracting interests such as group purchasing on behalf of its membership. PCNOK’s 19 member organizations serve over 125,000 Oklahomans annually at more than 160 locations across the state.

About PCNOK (Patient Care Network)

PCNOK’s organizational structure is designed to promote collaboration and collective action among its member organizations. The PCNOK Board of Directors is made up of one representative from each of the member organizations. The Board provides strategic direction for the network and oversees network operations. PCNOK also has a number of committees and workgroups that focus on specific issues or initiatives, such as quality improvement, provider training, and data sharing.

The PCNOK is the alignment of 19 community healthcare centers in Oklahoma which was founded in 2014 in the United States with the motive to provide the best and most advanced healthcare facilities to all patients through innovative healthcare processes with improved team collaboration.

The PCNOK strives to provide excellent patient care by:
