Hildesheim (dpa/lni) – A 24-year-old woman died in a traffic accident in the district of Hildesheim on Tuesday morning. The Hildesheim fire department announced that the woman crashed her car into a tree on federal highway 6 in the direction of Wendhausen. Emergency doctors were only able to determine the death of the driver; the cause of the accident near Uppen is still unclear. Because of the operation, the police and firefighters had to block the road for several hours.
