Car collides with a tree: two seriously injured

Nordhorn (dpa/lni) – A man and a woman were seriously injured in a traffic accident in Nordhorn (Bentheim county district). As police announced on Sunday, the 65-year-old driver left the road with his car on Saturday and hit a tree. The man and his 56-year-old female passenger were taken to a hospital. The cause of the accident was initially unclear.
