In its sixth edition, the MusaE cycle organizes almost fifty concerts in the 16 national museums

MADRID, July 27 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Ministry of Culture and Sport and the Spanish Cultural Action (AC/E) presented the this Wednesday Musa E sixth edition. Music in the State Museums, which is celebrating its sixth edition and this time a total of 48 concerts in the 16 State Museums.

The project is a series of concerts curated by Musical youth of Spain which takes place from this Thursday to December in the entire network of state museums. The action is the result of an institutional collaboration between the Ministry of Culture and Sport and AC/E.

The spaces that will feature these concerts are the National Museum of Underwater Archeology (ARQVA) in Cartagena; the El Greco Museum and the Sephardic Museum in Toledo; the Casa de Cervantes Museum and the National Museum of Sculpture in Valladolid; the National Museum of Roman Art in Mérida; the National Museum and Research Center of Altamira; National Museum of Ceramics and Pompous Art “González Martí” in Valencia; the Museum of America, the National Museum of Anthropology, the National Museum of Archaeology, the National Museum of Decorative Arts, the Cerralbo Museum, the National Museum of Romanticism, the Costume Museum. CIPE and the Museo Sorolla in Madrid.

Flamenco, classical, pop and contemporary music or early music These are some of the styles that will flood these spaces through the hands of the new generations of musicians. MusaE helps educate young artists by giving them the opportunity to perform in front of new audiences and also offers them training workshops, giving them tools and skills for promotion and audience communication.

In this context, the following musicians will take part in the project: Álvaro Toscano, Amore, Anacronía, Aer Dúo, Ausiás Parejo, Berteau Ensemble, Carlos Vidal, Chico Pérez, Claudia Besné, Cuarteto Amae, David Sancho, Diego Casado, Gonzalo Peñalosa, Ismael Arroyo , Ismael Azidane, Ismael Cantos, Jaime Naya, Juan Matías, Laura Ballestrino, Laura Marchal, Lorem Ipsum, Lucía Fumero Trio, Marta Cubas, Marta Mansilla, Milena Brodi, Rafa Quirant, Rita Roar, Sofía Salazar, Soraya Mèncid, Synthèse Quartet and Jacob trio.

MusaE starts this Thursday at the Museo del Traje (Madrid) at 20:00, conducted by Anacronía.
