A perfume is able to say a lot about you and there are those classic perfumes that are recognizable from afar. The aroma can be something very personal, however, some of them are so special and pleasant that it is impossible to pass them up.
The Beauty and Fashion site has listed eight perfumes that every woman should wear at least once in her life. See what they are below:
1. Light blue – Dolce & Gabbana
It is a very versatile and fresh aroma, which combines floral and fruity notes. Top notes are lemon, apple, cedar and bellflower; middle notes are bamboo, jasmine and white rose; base notes are cedar, musk and amber.
2. Oppose – Diptych
A differentiated fragrance, which brings together different notes such as Rose, Saffron, Gaïac Wood and Black Pepper.
3. Treasure – Lancome
A classic fragrance launched in 1990 that went against the fresh aromas, usual in that decade. The fragrance started a trend and many other brands started to take inspiration from its combination.
Top notes are peach, rose, apricot blossom, lilac, pineapple, lily-of-the-valley and bergamot; middle notes are rose, iris, heliotrope and jasmine; base notes are peach, apricot, vanilla, sandalwood, amber and musk.
4. Pleasures – Estée Lauder
Another very classic fragrance, launched in 1995. This floral fragrance was also a trend at the time due to its originality, with the brand itself launching several other cosmetics using the aroma as a base.
Top notes are green notes, freesia, pink pepper, violet, violet leaves, tuberose and red berries; middle notes are lily-of-the-valley, peony, lilac, lily, rose, jasmine, geranium and senegambica; base notes are musk, cedar, sandalwood and patchouli.
Other recommended perfumes are: No. 5 (Chanel), J’adore (Dior), Angel (Thierry Mugler) and Coco Mademoiselle (Chanel).
