Emirati international team to referee China-Saudi Arabia match in 2022 World Cup qualifiers

The Asian Football Confederation has appointed an international team of Emirati referees to oversee the match between China and Saudi Arabia, which will be played on March 24 at the Sharjah Club Stadium, as part of the ninth qualifying round for the World Cup in Qatar 2022, for the second group.
The international refereeing team was made up of: Muhammad Abdullah Hassan (field referee), Muhammad Ahmed Youssef (first assistant), Hassan Al-Mahri (second assistant), Adel Al-Naqbi (fourth referee), Ammar Al-Junaibi (video referee ) and Omar Al Ali (video referee) Assistant).

Our international staff had recently participated in the management of the final match of the 2021 AFC Champions League, which brought together the Al Hilal Saudi teams and the Pohang Steelers from South Korea, which was played last November in the capital Saudi, Riyadh.

International referees Mohammed Abdullah Hassan, Mohammed Ahmed Youssef, Hassan Al Mahri and Adel Al Naqbi officiated the Oman national team match against Australia, which was played on February 1 at the Sultan Qaboos stadium in the Omani capital, Muscat, as part of the eighth round matches. of the Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, for the second group, while the international referee Omar Al Ali participated as a “video referee” in the refereeing team that was in charge of directing the matches of the 2022 Women’s Asian Cup, which was organized by India from January 20 to February 6 last.
