And it is restricted to only 3 days, because it is not a system to eat as it should be, and when you follow it, you must eat during the remaining days of the week in a healthy way, subject to the condition that it does not exceed 1500 calories per day.
The military diet allows you to eat quality foods such as: meat, including sausages and sausages, fish, especially tuna, peanut butter, avocado, and some dairy products such as: cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, vanilla ice cream, eggs, grapefruit, bananas, apples , green beans, broccoli, and carrots, and white bread, crackers, or pretzels.

It also includes condiments and sauces: chickpeas, mustard, pesto, lemon (lime) and basil as long as they do not contain added sugar. You can drink herbal tea such as chamomile, black coffee without sugar or milk, along with the water you want.

Just ditch the butter, cream, artificial sweeteners, sugar, mayonnaise, and ketchup.

First day

breakfast: Half a grapefruit, a slice of bread, two tablespoons of peanut butter, a cup of caffeinated coffee or tea.
lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna, a slice of bread and a cup of caffeinated coffee or tea.
Dinner: 84 grams of any type of meat, a cup of green beans, half a banana, a small apple, a cup of vanilla ice cream.

The second day

breakfast: An egg, a piece of toast, half a banana.
lunch: Cheese cup, boiled egg, 5 pieces of crackers.
Dinner: 2 no-bake sausages or hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, ½ cup carrot, ½ banana, ½ cup vanilla ice cream.

the third day

breakfast: 5 pieces of crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese, a small apple.
lunch: Boiled egg, slice of toast.
Dinner: A cup of tuna, half a banana, a cup of vanilla ice cream.

This plan manages to lose more than 2 kg quickly. Given the lack of nutrients in this diet, the body must compensate for the remaining 4 days of the week by diversifying the intake of vegetables, fruits, nuts and other healthy foods. And repeat the eating plan for several weeks until you reach your desired weight.
