Days of Our Lives star Cody Longo has died at the age of 34.
Cody Longo is best known for his role as “Neil Winters” on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives, which began in 2016. He has also starred in a handful of films, including 2010’s Fame and 2014’s Fame, Bring It On: Fight to the Finish from 2018 and I Still Believe from 2018.
The actor is survived by his wife Stephanie and their 3-year-old daughter Amelie. His family have asked for privacy during this difficult time and are asking for donations to Cody’s charity of choice in lieu of flowers or gifts.

According to TMZ, Longo’s lifeless body was discovered Wednesday in the bed of an apartment building in Austin, Texas.
The outlet claims that his wife, professional dancer and choreographer Stephanie Longo, was working at a local dance studio that day when she was unable to reach her husband.
He reportedly called police after feeling bad about not hearing from Longo and asked officers to check on him.
According to TMZ, cops responded to the house and knocked, but no one responded, so they kicked in the door.
He was then reportedly found dead in a bedroom.
Cody Longo’s death was ruled a natural cause. The coroner reportedly found the cause of death to be cardiac arrhythmia due to hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. No foul play is suspected.
The actor had a long career in both Hollywood and on daytime television, appearing in several acclaimed projects throughout his life. His roles in Days of Our Lives and in films like Fame, Bring It On: Fight to the Finish and I Still Believe will always be remembered. He was loved by many people around the world and will be greatly missed.
A family member told the outlet that Cody, who also appeared on Bring It On: Fight to The Finish, Nashville and Hollywood Heights, battled alcohol abuse for years.
She reportedly entered rehab in the summer of 2022, and Stephanie told TMZ that she worked hard to fight for her three children: a daughter, 7, and two sons, 5 and 1.

Cody’s family reportedly suspects that a possible relapse may have contributed to his death; However, an official cause of death was not released.
“He was a great father and the best husband. Our whole world is in shock,” Stephanie shared.
