Bayer Leverkusen after exiting the Europa League as a guest in Wolfsburg

Wolfsburg (dpa/lni) – After leaving the Europa League, Bayer 04 Leverkusen wants to add three points to VfL Wolfsburg again in the Bundesliga. After the last three cross-competition defeats, the best team in the second round of the league until a few weeks ago will take on Lower Saxony on Sunday (5:30pm CET/DAZN).

Wolfsburg should theoretically receive 30,000 spectators on Sunday. Due to the 2G rule that still applies, the club only expects the arena to be half full. Captain Koen Casteels is still in goal. The recovered Lukas Nmecha could return to the starting eleven and replace the ailing Maximilian Philipp.
