Apple Maps for electric cars will soon be available for use, two years after its first announcement.

According to The Verge, Apple had announced the Apple Maps feature for electric cars, during its participation in the WWDC conference in 2020.

And the function dedicated to electric cars, will allow the owners of these cars to determine the routes through the technical control screen of their cars, and the first cars with this technology will be the Ford Mustang “Match E” models.

Apple designed the maps feature for electric cars, providing you with data and information including charging station locations, car charging rates, and other detailed services for the most appropriate ways for electric cars.

Owners of the latest versions of the electric Ford Mustang can benefit from Apple Maps for electric cars, starting with versions of this model for the current model year 2022.

Mach-E 2022 power

The Ford brand has announced the electric capacity and the official average energy consumption of the Mustang Mach-E r electric model with its new model for 2022.

According to the Inside IV website, the new version of the model is available in several different categories, with different specifications and capabilities, including fuel consumption and electric range.

SR class

RWD versions of this class offer a combined highway and urban electric fuel consumption rate of 103 miles per gallon and an electric driving range of 247 miles on a single charge.

The AWD versions in this category offer a total electric fuel consumption rate between highways and urban roads, equivalent to 93 miles per gallon, and an electric driving range of 224 miles on a single charge.

ER category

RWD versions of this class offer a combined electric highway and urban fuel economy rating of 97 miles per gallon and an electric driving range of 303 miles on a single charge.

AWD versions in this category offer a total electric fuel consumption rating between highways and urban roads, equivalent to 91 miles per gallon, and an electric driving range of 277 miles on a single charge.

RWD versions in this class offer a full electric highway-to-city fuel economy of 101 miles per gallon and an electric driving range of up to 314 miles on a single charge.

GT Class / GT Performance

RWD versions of this class offer a combined electric highway and urban fuel economy rating of 84 miles per gallon and an electric driving range of 270 miles on a single charge.
